We have the free version installed for testing and the Facebook events that I manually entered via their IDs are showing – however, the entire image is not being shown – they are being cut off – even though it is obvious that the image is fully there… How do I fix this?

Also, with the free version – if we update an event – we find that the event picture being used on our website, is the old one – and not the new one.

Additionally, we do have ticket links in all of the events – as we host our own ticketing website – and these links are not being shown – either on the front page – or on the posting page for the event.

All of these questions may go away once we buy the full version of the plugin but it would be nice to know if they can be fixed to work with the free version or require the pro version.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jpwilkinson,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

the plugin displays the event ticket link in “Event Website” on the event details page.

Make sure the “Update existing event” option is ticked(enabled) so events detail, the image will get upated.

This plugin supports event image and event ticket link-free versions. If you want to customize the plugin more, you may need the Pro version.

Using the PRO version you will able to update your existing events and you can also able to schedule imports like daily, weekly, etc…

    Thanks
