Display full post content in homepage

Hello!,
I’m trying to only show the full content of my sticky post on my homepage. But it only shows the excerpt of all posts. I have tried using Advanced Excerpt, but it displays the content of all posts which is not what I want. I have the Jumla theme.If anyone can help me I will greatly appreciate it ??

This may be settable from SETTINGS->READING as some themes use that setting.
