Display Galleries –> empty

    Morning dear support,

    Since 3 days I have been struggling with the plugin. Search the whole internet and your forum, but could not find the solution.
    Everything seems to work fine, except that I can open the tab “Dislpay Galleries”. But .. I seen the other selections (fex: Select a display type, What would you ike to display, …. and so on).
    But it’s empty.
    Does someone have a solution??

    P.S.: already uninstalled and re-installed the plugin. But did not help.

    Hoi Cais,

    first of all: “The very best for 2015.”.
    I apologize for the other thread, but I thaught it was of more use when it was in on the right (Nextgen gallery) page.
    Sorry for that.
    I just sended a bug rapport.
    Hope you can do something with it.

    Am still waiting!!!
    In the meantime I installed XAMPP and WP on a local computer. Had some trouble to install the theme “customizr” but to be very honest …
    plugin NEXTten Gallery is doing the job very well.
    No troubles, nothing fancy. Everything is working like it should be.
    For that part I now know that it’s not me how messed it up. Am waiting for the reaction of hostinger.
    As soon as there is a result you’ll notice it here.

    And tired of waiting for a responsive, I installed WP by some other hosting company.
    And it WORKS!!!

    So I think it must have something to do wit the “server”.
    But I am glad there are no problems any more.

    is it possible, that it has something to do with the php-version, the hoster is running? My hoster is running php 5.6.2
    I’m might try to switch back to an earlier version later today. Do you believe, this might cause the error?

    @jropi – I am not aware of any specific issue with using PHP version 5.6.2 … we generally try to test across all major versions up from the WordPress minimum requirements.
