Display header background color

  • Hello Support,

    How to change the Display header background color.
    I tried to change it in dashboard>customizer>color>primary color but it didnt take effect.

    I found this

    #menu-primary .search-form .search-toggle, .display-header-text #header {
       background: #2196F3;
}

    And change the color but still it doesnt take effect.
    Please help!
