Display images from facebook?

    Hello,

    I’m brand new to the free version of this plugin, but I’ve looked through the options and documentation to no avail.

    Currently my facebook feed is only displaying the text from posts, is there a way in the free version to display the actual image/ video from a post rather than a link to the image?

    Hi @mike-ism,

    Make sure, in the Feed Them > Facebook Options that “hide images in posts” is set to “no”. It is set to no by default. And scroll down to the bottom and ‘Save All Changes’. Then you’ll need to generate a new shortcode, and possibly clear the FTS cache after the page is updated/published for the changes to take effect.

    If this is not the issue, it is possible that another plugin or theme is interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

    If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.
