Display is VERY slow

    I submitted this to the support forum on your website on January 1 [ticket #30123], and have gotten no reply.

    We have two sites: a staging site, and a live site. Slimstats works great on the staging site. On the live site, when we go to any of the ‘stats’ pages, the component blocks display very slowly – two or three at a time, at intervals of roughly 20 seconds – or they don’t display at all and the page hangs.

    Wordpress and all themes and plugins are up to date, and they are identical between the staging site and the live site.

    Can you think of anything that would account for this behavior, or any way to trouble-shoot it?

    Have you disabled Slimstat and tried again? If it is still slow then, it’s not the plugin.

    Thought about your issue again.
    How large is your wp_slim_stats db table?
    If it is very large, have you enabled archiving? If not, please enable it. Maybe you need to reduce the archiving time frame to reduce the size of the live db table.
