Display issue

Hi my name is hunter I am the lead dev to courtships.net and we were using “youzify” plug in to customize our buddy press profiles and user navigation we were originally working with buddy builder but their plugin was very out of date, and was non functional as the navigation menus were not functional, our design and development team have decided to use this plugin however we are encountering an issue that we cannot solve. All of the menus icons along with the profile picture is on the side of the page and the layout we had picked with the plugin is not displaying we have checked compatibility on our site, we disabled only one that was not compatible as it wasn’t relevant to our site anyway all plugins on our site that are currently enabled are compatible as far as we know from this plugins documentation.
