Display Issue (Still unresolved on Mobile)

    Hi there,

    I am still having issues with the plugin displaying on mobile.

    Youtube feed is displaying as expected on desktop but not showing on mobile feed.
    When I look at the page inspector I can see the code is present, but still nothing is displaying.

    Page is built with Beaver Builder and the code in both the Tabbed Content area (Desktop & Tablet) and in the accordion Tabs (Mobile) are inserted with a Global Row, so code is identical.

    Can you please advise?

    Hi, very sorry for the delay, your page builder seems to be showing different elements based on screen size, it’s not resizing but showing different elements. Is it possible to show the same elements? If not, please send me an email to support @ plugin.builders

    YourChannel free version can show only one shortcode on the same page, so the shortcode in the element that shows in mobile is not working.

    Yes, you are correct regarding displaying different elements based on screen size.
    Shows Tabbed Content on larger devices and Accordion Tabs on small devices.
    I cannot have both displaying at the same time.

    The shortcode is in a Global Row (Beaver Builder) so same code applied to both elements.

    Interesting that only one shortcode per page will work.
    Although hidden I guess as is still readable in the source code it is counting it as two instances of the same shortcode.

    Would upgrading to Pro allow for multiple instances?
