• Hi All,

I am having some problems with a theme I am using Blue Sport – it simply seems to change its behaviour in IE9. It all looks good in FF, Safari and Chrome – but in IE9 it fails to show the main logo and it centres the text in the RSS feed and the footer.

I believe it is to do with the top menu. When I put it in compatibility mode in IE9 the top menu dissapears and the logo then appears – still with the text being centered for RSS & the footer. It also stops the google ad sense from displaying in the sponsors box – unless compatibility mode is on.

Any help would be appreciated – I am not a strong coder – but I am happy to play.

I managed to solve the problem. It seems there ia an update needed to any theme using cufon js. I found an updated file and replaced it and it solved the issue with the header in IE9.

File can be found here – > https://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/ – I replaced this in my theme and it worked.

Also – I noticed it was centering text in the RSS feed and footer – which was down to an incorrect closing center tag – reading like “<center/> instead of </center> from the facebook code I copied and pasted.
