    Hi,

I have variation products with different delivery date and time.

So, I will like to add a custom column showing the item meta of each products purchase by customer on vendor’s dashboard.
So vendor able to prepare each item based on the delivery date and time.

Is there a way to do this?

    Hello,

Yes you can override the orders.php template and add the columns you wish to add. The product object is available so you can get the meta keys from this.

Here is our documentation on overriding templates.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,

    I see. Thanks Jamie.
Will take a look at it later.

But will like to ask when I was configuring the settings for vendor.
The orders tab on vendors’ admin page had gone missing, and when I try to reset the settings, it’s still unable to revert.
What should I configure to get back the orders page in the wordpress admin page?
And is it possible that I can edit the display on the wordpress admin page beside the templates by WC vendors.

    Thanks,

    Khoo

    Hello,

The orders page on the backend should not be able to be removed by any settings in our plugin. It also cannot be modified in anyway. We have a pro product that provides all these features and more.

    cheers

    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,

You mentioned the order tab at the back end cant be removed by any settings in our plugin but how come it will went missing?

I had tried to uninstall and install the plugin again, it works fine for a moment where i can see the orders, but after a while, the order tab went missing again.
The last seen notice showing message like “You do not have access to this page”.

I had tried to uninstall again, the order tab is still not showing.

    Please advice.

    Thanks,
    Khoo

    Hello

If a page is being removed from the backend please check other plugins and your user roles. This is the only way this page could be removed from a vendors view.

    Cheers

    Jamie
