    Hi @joe16 ,

    I have read your questions.

Unfortunately, we have received some reports about issues with the display and prices of subproducts in smart bundles with the Blocksy theme recently.

Our developers said, for now, we must state that our plugin was not compatible with any block-based theme or sites using the Gutenberg page editor. The blocks might distort some display elements of bundled subproducts such as the quantity buttons, the Remove button for each subitem on the cart page, hiding the subproducts on the cart and checkout pages etc.

It’s sad that our developers haven’t been able to find any solution to this block-based editor yet. It’s difficult to monitor the elements when every subitem is treated as an independent and individual item so all the bundle settings might not work properly.

So what I can give for your case is, you can kindly consider changing to another theme using the traditional cart widget as well as the standardized display of WooCommerce so our plugin can work properly.

    Best regards.

    Hi @janilyn409,

    Thank you for your reply.

To be precise: the layout display issues I faced were only on the product page. I didn’t face other issues in the cart or the checkout page.

How about the other questions (2, 3 and 4)? You have just answered the first question.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    My best regards,

    Hi @joe16 ,

Most of the issues you are encoutering might come from the fact that our plugin doesn’t support the block-based themes including the subproduct display errors on the cart page (your question 2). You can kindly do some tests to see if the display is proper with other themes.

Your question 3 is also a custom feature. If you want to have any adjustments regarding the display in the frontend, you can use CSS to do that. We doesn’t provide any customization here due to some privacy and security policies of the forum.

Ragarding the translations, they are contributed by users and our developers just include the files in the plugin. The translations for some languages might be incomplete. However, we do not have staff that are proficient in other languages besides English so we cannot evaluate the precision of the translations.

If you want to change any phrase, you can refer to our guide here to create a translation for your own site and language: https://wpclever.net/faqs/plugin-translation/

If you still have any question, kindly refer to our doc site here: https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/

    Best regards.

    Hi @janilyn409,

Thank you for answering my questions and for your time.

I’m just dropping the questions here (and will stop sharing my link), so that other users can benefit from this thread.

    1. I’m using Blocksy theme and faced layout display issues in mobile display (layout set as list) and desktop display (price at the end, layout as grid 3 and 4 columns). The display issues involve overlapping price and quantity component, quantity component aligned to the right.
    2. Regarding the option “Cart contents count”: Whatever value I select, it always displays “Both bundles and bundled products”. According to this thread, this can depend on the used theme. In my case, I use Blocksy theme. Is there a way to fix this?
    3. How to remove the line separator between products in the list layout? It would be great to allow the user (us) to decide whether to show it or not, also add to the possibility to style it if needed.
    4. In the localization tab, some texts were translated automatically to French (like Bundle price), but for others, I had to translate theme manually (like selected text and saved text). Could you please explain to me why the translation was done automatically for some text and not the case for others?

My new question: could please recommend a few high-performance themes that work seamlessly with your plugin?

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance.

    My best regards,

    Hi @joe16 ,

Regarding your new question about a compatible theme with our plugins, our developers strongly recommend users to try our WPC themes listed here: https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/wpclever/#content-themes. All are free and built properly for our WPC plugins. The WPCstore is used in all of our live demos.

Of course, you can choose to use themes from other authors. Just make sure they use the traditional page builder and specialize in WooCommerce, such as the Storefront theme.

From my point of view, it’s best if you use one of our WPC themes, as if you report any issues regarding conflicts between our theme and our plugins, our developers can adjust easily by releasing new updates. For conflicts with other external themes from other authors, we cannot be sure since the technical revision of the codes is not easy and very time-consuming.

    Best regards.
