Display list of Categories on Menu Items

When I click on Menu Item lightbox should open with the list of categories/tags. Is this possible in this plugin?
Ex: https://www.clubzone.com/h1/vancouver/nightlife.html at right top corner when you click on vancouver city lightbox is opened I need samething with this plugin but on menu item.
I’m on localhost still not hosted my website.
