Display more than 10 posts only on one page

I know the custom posts are limited to the number indicated in the admin reading settings, but I need to show all of the custom posts for a certain post type on one page, but only 10 blog posts on the home page.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Background info on the project: An image with 130-ish soldiers from WWI, each soldier has a post with all their information, all listed below the image. I don’t want it to be paginated at all, as you click on the soldier in the main image and get jumped down to their additional info.
The client does have a normal blog, which 10 posts are displayed on the home page. I don’t want to mess with that, as I’ve only been hired to create and work on this single page.
