Display name issue

Hi there.
Our members directory is suddenly showing the user’s actual name instead of display name. We need it to show display name for anonymity. Where do I change that, it seems to have happened suddenly without any changes our end that I know of.

The Profile card settings for the Members Directory.
UM Members Directory -> Edit Form -> Profile Card

You can also look at UM Settings -> General -> Users -> “User Display Name”
