“Display name publicly as” keeps showing the wrong data

  • Hello everyone,
    I tried several plugins and, of course, all WP settings but with no luck: the “Display name publicly as” doesn’t work, it keeps displaying the nickname under the featured image, as you can notice from the attached URL.

    Any solution?

  • I’ll assume you have have data in the First and Last name fields of the profile.

    – Make sure you delete or deactivate your cache plugin when you are troubleshooting / testing, etc. You have the WP Fastest Cache on.

    – recommend the same for Yoast. Perhaps there is a setting in Yoast overriding the Nickname option?
