• I’m using NextGen gallery (the latest version) in WordPress 3.4.2.

Through widgets, I’m displaying thumbnails of images in the sidebar on my site. I’ve used a basic next gen gallery shortcode to display images in a widget: [nggallery id=1]

Currently when you click on an image, it opens the larger version of that image in a lightbox type layout. However I’m trying to customize image clicks to go to a specific page on my website.

Is there any way to accomplish this with NextGen gallery inside of a widget? Any way to give each image a custom URL that I’d like it to link through, thru NextGen and then have those links generated automatically thru the shortcode embed in the widget?

Any info on this would be highly appreciated.
