    Regarding my page https://www.nationalanthems.info/wordpress/faq.html:

I have multiple collapse-o-matics on this page, previously I had did some additions to the CSS file to get them to display normally, but I forgot to write down what those additions to the CSS were. Now that I updated the collapse-o-magic version to the newest one, my page is once again not displaying right (as you can see, they display next to each other instead of in a line. Adding a
between the [expand][/expand] groups doesn’t work as that leaves too big of a space between them (instead of jsut on the next line like
should. I seem to recall it was something with the “float” and “clear” tags in the .collapseomatic group in the CSS file that made it appear proper before, but for the life of me, I’ve forgotten what exactly I did.

How can I fix it to have those collapse-o-matics appear underneath each other in a line rather than beside each other?

    options > collapse-o-matic > default tag = div
In the future, you will want to NOT make changes to the plugin’s css fiels… rather add it to the plugins’ option page custom CSS section… or in your theme’s css.

But setting the default tag to DIV should display the elements as block, rather than inline.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

    Seems to! Thanks!

And I’ll remember about the custom style section, hadn’t really poked around in the options.

That worked for me as well. Somehow WordPress adds an html p tag around the first [expand] group.

Thanks for your answer. That saved me some further searching…

Hopefully WordPress will one day get that pesky wautop issue resolved.
