Display Nothing at WordPress Site

Hi Sir/Madam.
We have created the website and used WooCommerce Email Inquiry Cart Options WordPress Plugin and we have made the setting.
The website was displayed nothing.
Do we need to include coding or short code onto Page in order to Ecommence with Inquiry Cart Option?
Pls help us to solve the issue.
