I would like to display the number of “complete tickets” for an event on that event’s page. Is there a way to do this?

I am aware of the “Show attendees list on event page”, but I don’t want to use that because 1) users can opt-out of appearing on the list; 2) when users don’t opt out, their names can be seen simply by “inspecting” the avatar, which I do not want; and 3) the “x people are attending” number is incorrect if a user purchases more than 1 ticket (for example, for an event with a capacity of 10, if 2 people purchase 5 tickets each, the “Show attendees list on event page” will show that only 2 people are attending, not that 10 people are attending).

Yes, I could display the capacity, and then the user could calculate the number of people attending by subtracting the number of tickets available, but I don’t want the user to have to do the arithmetic. Also, that would not work if the number of tickets is unlimited.

Note: I am looking to specifically display the number of complete tickets, as this is the best count of the number of people attending (the number of sold tickets does not take into account tickets that have been cancelled and therefore is not an accurate count of attendees).

I just realized the title of the post is a bit inaccurate; it should be “display number of attendees on single event page”

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
