Display of circle countdown on edge

We are working on building a page that incorporates the circle countdown timer. In Chrome and FF it seems to show up with the proper size (we have it for a set pixel size) on load of the page. When trying to go to the page in Edge, the coundown appears on load to be very small. If I resize the window at all, then it refreshes with the correct size. If I maximize again the size is okay. If I refresh again, then the page loads again and the countdown timer is small again? Has anyone else seen this?
