    I’ve been unable to get text responses to display on multiple lines using the WordPress plugin. Neither adding a carriage return at the end of a line or using multiple response variations set to multiline seems to work. Both of those methods work fine in the design page and in the preview link though the IBM Cloud but not when viewed though the WordPress plugin. The site I am working on has not been deployed yet. Any thoughts?

    • Go to your IBM Cloud Dashboard. If nothing shows up, be patient. Sometimes it takes a while to load.
    • Click on your Watson Assistant service name in Services list.
    • Click “Launch Watson Assistant” (sample screenshot).
    • Go to the “Skills” page by clicking on your Assistant.
    • On the Skills tab, open the menu of your Skill by clicking the “three dots” button on the right and select “Export” in the menu (sample screenshot).
    • Send an email with a list of dialogue nodes that you can’t get answers and an attached file to [email protected].
