Display of Radio Button Text in Cart

Hi, I have added a custom radio button option that adds a $5 option to the product. The labels on the screen are yes/no. I have also a value, which displays correctly in the cart. But in the cart total it shows yes/no – is there a way to get this to display the value instead of the label so it makes more sense?

Also can it be added to the subtotal in the cart instead of after shippping?
