Display of the filters

Hi! I used your (wonderfull btw) plug-in for a website that I’m building for a customer. All works well, except the display of the filter options. The drop downs are displayed twice, as can be seen on https://fibercem.nl/filiaalzoeker/
How can I prevent this from happening?
