Display of the site broken because of the plugin

It looks like your theme is using an outdated version of font-awesome icon fonts. First please take a look if your theme has an update. If not, then please do let me know so I can give you customized version of the plugin.

Also, please let me know if you are using only Facebook page plugin (previously Like Box) or other features like Custom Facebook Feed and Instagram Feed.

There is currently no update on the theme, but I contacted them to find out if they have an update planned.

If it doesn’t require too much work to you, I would be happy to use the custom version you are proposing, thank you for that.

I only use the Facebook part of your plugin. My website being a photo blog, and even if I have an instagram account, it would be a duplication to display both, the content being the same.

By looking at the screenshots you shared it looks like Font Awesome compatibility issue. Actually, recently I updated the icons to the updated version of the font awesome which is 5, but the theme you are using still has version 4 installed. Now my plugin is no longer dependent on the third-party library of fonts.

I just fixed the compatibility and released the updated version please update the plugin and let me know if the issue still exists.

It is interesting to know that the transition from version 4 to version 5 will not be smooth! Everything will depend on the configuration of each one.

Yeah, In Version 5 they changed icons code that’s why it’s causing the issues. Yes, it’s very difficult to make it compatible with other themes and plugins as we don’t know which version is already been used that’s why I ended up using custom icons for my plugin.
