I guess I have two issues.

    1. The summernote editor looks completely broken for some reason and I can’t figure out why. Screenshot
    2. Might be related but when I try to use that editor to change the formatting of something, like the success message page, which shows up after a successful form submission – there is no effect. I just get plain text “Thanks! Your message has been sent.” no matter how I format it.

Any help or insights here would be very much appreciated. Running latest versions of NF and WP though I just updated them both to see if the issue was corrected but I was on older versions previously with the same issues.

Edit: After some more testing, I think not being able to edit the success message is a big related to the fact that the form I am trying to edit was from NF 2 and was converted to NF 3. I just created a new form and was able to edit the success message just fine.

So now the only thing left is to figure out why the WYSIWYG display is broken ??

Any thoughts as to why the NF editor looks this way or possible way to fix?

This is a result of a conflict with another poorly coded plugin which is likely modifying the class names of the WordPress admin. WP-IDE is the most common plugin we have seen this this behavior, and as it’s not been maintained for years we recommend finding an alternative solution if that is the case.

    Thanks, Zach. Nailed it.

I have no idea how that absolute garbage plugin even ended up there, but low and behold, it was.

    WYSIWYG looks great now!

Also thanks for the heads up re support. I didnt know these forums were loosely monitored so I’ll reach out directly should I need to in the future.

    Cheers
