Display on cart page

ON the cart page the extra fee amount is included in the total
Cart subtotal (not including extra fee)
Cart total (including extra fee)
This works fine but there is no indication why the two totals are different – no label for extra fee amount.

When I go to check out for example – this looks fine
Cart Subtotal ￡190.00
Credit/Debit Card fee ￡9.50 (5.00%)
Order Total ￡199.50

If I then select a payment option with no extra fee – the total adjusts – good.

My issue is that the extra fee should not appear on the Cart page as I have not selected the type of payment until I get onto the checkout page.

Does this make sense?
