    Hi,

I successfully installed your plugin on my wp-site and connected it to my facebook page. But when viewing my blog with Firefox (40.0) – my default browser – the widged just shows a text link to the fb-page on grey background. However, when I view the site using Internet Explorer (11.0.22) the widget shows up correctly.

Do I have to fix my Firefox to see the plugin work, or is there a general issue concerning display in firefox browsers?

    Hi Kathi,

I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. There have been a couple of other people with a similar issue so I have released an update, please update and let me know if it is still not working.

If that doesn’t solve the problem, here’s a few possibilities as to why it doesn’t work:

    • Slow connection
    • JavaScript disabled
    • Ad blocker or similar browser extension/plugin
    • An error in the data provided to the plugin

Have a look and see if any of these may be affecting the plugin.

    Thanks,
    Cameron

I also noticed that the widget no longer displayed after upgrading Firefox some time ago. I think FF v40.

I kind of understood that among the new features, FF now blocks external stuff that are loaded on a website.

    Could someone confirm this?
