Display on Product Variations

I have this plugin running and it works great for single products. But I can only get the text to show after the price on a variation.

If I add the additional info to the “Simple Product” Extra info field, it will show on the variation. This is then incorrect when the price changes per variation.

But there is no extra price info field when I use “Variable Product”?
