Display only extract of post on blog page

  • Hello !
    Theme: Getwid Base

    I want to display only extract of post on the blog page. And I can’t do it.
    I searched blog setup in personnalizer or in a section “option of theme”. But I found nothing.

    I did not make the site, I just intervene for that.
    It must be very simple…

    You may add the Read More block to the post to define the length of the posts’ description https://prntscr.com/1sz7wcn

    I presume that the dispaid words “Continue reading” depends on the theme ? It’s in english and not fine for a french site.
    And I presume I have to translate it with poedit ?
