ehm, what kind of support you give to a Pro user?

Sorry for the delay in responding – our offices have been under construction – there’s been a lot of chaos so we haven’t been able to monitor the support forums here as much as we would like to.

Regarding your question – I would just like to confirm that you are using Hero Maps Pro, and not our premium version plugin Hero Maps Premium – since the free version does not support marker categories.

While we do have categories on Hero Maps Premium, the kind of functionality you are describing isn’t possible with our plugin.

yes I have the paid version, bought on code canyon for 19$.
I hope this feature will be available in a future release, since in my opinion it will be very useful and, i think it can be implemented with a filter in the markers list (field category) and can be recall with some parameter/value inside the shortcode (I’m not a php developer, but this is my idea, I saw something similar in other different plugins. Something like this: [hmapsprem id=1 cat=1], where cat=1 is “Dove dormire” in my case.
