Yes, you can use the date queries.

I haven’t tried it, but I think something as simple as this should work: [display-posts date=”2014″]

If that doesn’t, you’ll need to do a range: [display-posts date_query_after=”2014-01-01″ date_query_before=”2014-12-31″]
