    Hi,

i’ve created 2 forms on the home page, unfortunately the styling of the form has not used the themes CSS. You can see an example of how the themes form should look like on the contact page. Obviously I have selected the correct option in the settings.

In addition, just so that you know. If I edit the 3 columns which includes checkboxes in all columns then form displays them in one column only, plus you can no longer edit the form which renders it useless as it is corrupt. I had to start again several times as I tried a few different methods to get it working, they all failed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @quadtechnology,

    Thank you for reaching.

Looking at the first thing – what setting are you using? It may not be picking up your theme, but the form can be customized by using CSS to your liking. If you do not know CSS, you can use a plugin – like CSS Hero – in conjunction to help make this process easier.

For the column grid – this is a reported issue that is affecting some users, and we’ve been on it to resolve. For now, I would recommend not using the columns and instead layout vertically. Thank you for your patience in that matter.

    Regards,
    Steven
