Blog designer seems to display the posts in the date/time order that each post was first created, not by the publish date. If I change the publish date of a post, the display order stays the same. Is there a way to make the blog display in the order of the date published?

    Hi @ronzastovnik

News & Blog Designer Pack plugin displays the posts in post published order via WordPress WP_Query. Post published date is the post added date.

Is there any other plugin installed on your site which can interact / interfere the post order?

It looks like it’s a cache issue. The next day, the order was in the published date order. That was after my website12 hour automatic cache purge. So it looks like that resolves the issue.

    Thanks for the attention.

    Hi @ronzastovnik

Glad to know that your problem has been solved.

I am using the free GRID layout in Blog Designer Pack. It says “Display Featured and Trending Post. Highlights your Featured and most Popular/Trending post. You can use 9+ layout for this e.g. grid view OR slider view OR Carousel View etc”

But it still only displays the blog posts in most recent date order. Does anyone know if perhaps this is now only a paid feature? If it is indeed free and works with Grid, how do I get it to change? Thanks

    Hello @juliebonnblank

    Sorry for the delay response.

Featured and Trending Post option is not available in the lite version.
