Display ‘paged’ links at bottom for older posts

Hi All,
Before I go beserk trying to figure this one out myself, is there a plugin available that will show links at the bottom (or wheverever) of my index page to view the next 20 oldest posts, and then another one for the next 20 etc.
So, something like:
Page 1, 2, 3, 4, etc
Where clicking on page 1 displays the 20 most recent posts, clicking on page 2 displays the next 20 most recent posts, clicking on page 3 displays the next 20 most recent posts after that, and so on?
Any help appreciated!
