Display particular category per page?

Is it possible to only display portfolio items from certain categories?

i.e. on music page display only items that are filtered under the ‘music’ category and so forth?

I couldn’t find anything in the documentation and also had a play around with the short code to try and add a cat=”x” etc but to no avail.
