    Dear @afterimagedesigns,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention, that this option works via Cookie.?
That means the cookie must be generated so that the popup will not be?displayed for that user anymore.?

We checked and noticed that one of the plugins you are using blocks the cookies, due to which the cookie is not generated and the popup is displayed each time on load.

    See the screenshot below:

So, please?make?a?DB?backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your data.
Then, please?do?troubleshooting?by deactivating the plugins one by one, to understand which plugin is the cause.?

    Here is a?useful link?to help you with?troubleshooting:
    https://ays-pro.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-wordpress-website

Then, deactivate the conflicting plugin and check the case without it.?
After?that, you can decide whether to choose that plugin?or not.
If you decide to use that plugin, please get in touch with their Support Team so they can help you exclude our cookies so that it can’t cause a conflict with our plugin.

Also, we have checked and noticed that you are currently using?the?WP-Optimize?(gzip) Cache?plugin.?
The problem may be connected to the cache.?

Firstly, make a?DB?backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).
    Then, clear?all the?caches.
Make sure the?cache?is?excluded?on the page where the given popup is enabled.?

After clearing the?caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.

    Thank you.

    Good day.

I triedn to clear cache, then deactivate both cookie policy plugin. The cookie blocked issue is now removed. I also deactivate caching plugin, but same issue occur. The popup still displays every homepage visit.

    Dear @afterimagedesigns,

    Thank you for your reply.

Our Development Team has checked your website and noticed that everything works fine there.?
The popup is opened once and after?refreshing the page, it doesn’t appear anymore.

    See the video below:

Most presumably, the cache is either not completely cleared or there is a Browser?Cache on your end.
Also, please try to check the case with?either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.
