Display Post Title & Thumbnail with Link hardcoded by ID

    I’m looking to display a Post title & thumbnail with a link wrapped around it to that page.

    I want to hard code this manually just using the page ID. Can somebody help?

    I can find out how to do all one by one, want to see if there’s a way to do it collectively
