Display Posts by Rating

I am using the Pro version and really like the rating system, but I desperately need to leverage average ratings as a filter to list posts. I have spent many hours now trying to figure out how to list posts by rating.

I cannot find the widget that is to show top-rated posts anywhere, and I have tried changing themes several times, hoping that was the problem. When I add a block in the default editor, there is no RMP block offered.

Might there be a taxonomy that would allow users like me to leverage the display-posts plugin? https://displayposts.com/2019/01/07/taxonomy-queries/
