display post's date and time

Date and time is activated on the default, shows up on every post header. Would you like to show up the date and time in the message area?

setlocale value is depends of installed codepage on your server. Try out zh_CN, zh_HK, tw, cn maybe there is one installed on your system. In doubt ask your ISP.
