Display posts from other categories

    in my website, with the plugin News Manager, i added a “news section” (different from the wordpress standard posts section).
    I added also a new category for this posts (news)…the “news category”.

    If with “WP Frontpage News” i select the “news category” it don’t show the news!!! But if i select the standard posts category the widget works!!
    Can’t i use posts from the “new section” i create with the news manager plugin???
