Display posts only if they have the post tag as Featured

Hi,
I’m building the home page of my site and I want few sections to show only posts which I set up the tag “Featured”, “Featured left”, “Featured Right”, ecc….

I’m not expert of php, I play a bit but I really would appreciate any code suggestion
