Display posts shortcodes and image captions

Is there a way to display image captions in posts using display posts shortcodes? The image captions display in post single page however they don’t display correctly when using display posts shortcode.

Here is an example of the display issue:

Here is the shortcode:

Here is an example of it displaying correctly in single post page:
