Display posts that has specific custom field

I want to display custom post type that has a customfield_name:color and customfield_value:blue. Below is the usage given in the notes. But I’m not able to replicate the same. Can someone tell me the exact shortcode?
custom fields – To use custom fields, you must specify two values: customfield_name and customfield_value. Using this only show posts that contain a custom field with this name and value. Both parameters must be defined, or neither will work.
