Display Price Only Without Price/Size Info

    Hello,
    I’m having some troubling figuring out how to display the price without the sizing information included. Some items include it while others don’t. Unfortunately, I need some of the items that do.

    Shortcode used: [amazon-element asin=”B08H6QR17B” fields=”price,button” button=”amazon-button”]

    The price displays: $69.00 ($1.08 / Ounce)

    I’d like it to display: $69.00

    How do I remove the “($1.08 / Ounce)”?

    After reading through some of the other posts, I discovered that we can use the API parameters in the fields. This info should be included on the plugins usage page.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We recently took over this plugin from another developer. We are still working on understanding the plugin code and fixing issues and updating the documentation.

    Yes, the pricing issue has been resolved, but I now have a new issue.

    Amazon says the badge/logo can be accessed through the API. I can’t find anything in the PA API docs about it.

    If you happen to know how to access it, I’d appreciate it if you could share it here.

    Which badge are you referring to?

    I asked them about the “Available at Amazon” badge (currently used on site), and they didn’t answer the question but instead referred to Amazon trademarks and logos available in the PA API.

    The Prime Badge is the only badge referenced in the PA API documentation.

    From the docs:
    “Prime Badge: This specifies if the offer is prime eligible. The prime badge is only displayed for prime eligible offers.”

    But it doesn’t return an image. Its values are either true or false so it only returns 1 or 0.

    Do you know if the API returns any logo/badge images?

    Hey @mkpag124,

    Thanks for explaining. The Amazon logo is not returned via API. And the rules for displaying it are implemented very differently in different countries so I would not advise even placing it manually.

    Our other plugin https://getaawp.com/, has a feature to place the Amazon logo in buttons, etc.
