• Hi,

I’m using your plugin on a site where the Shopp ecommerce plugin is also used. The problem I have is that when I activate your plugin it breaks the display of Shopp product. Amazon products using your shortcode are being displayed OK. I have deactivated all plugins except the Shopp plugin and your’s. With your plugin deactivated Shopp products are being displayed fine but as soon as I active your plugin the HTML code for Shopp products gets broken.

I hope that you will not tell me to get support form the Shopp plugin guy and that he does not tell me to get support from you!

If you need to see what is does go check:
    https://www.keystobasichealth.com/test/
The password is 1234 (just so Google does not index the page!).

You can see some broken HTML code and also the product is being displayed twice!

Hope you can help me out

    Thanks ??

    Have an amazing day ??

P.S.: I have the latest version of all the plugins and WordPress

    Hi,

I found out that if I comment out <?php shopp( ‘product’, ‘addtocart’ ); ?></p> in the Shopp plugin template file the problem disappear.

There must be a conflict with one of Shopp’s function and yours.

Maybe this can help you narrow it down?

    Hi,

Is there support for this plugin? 3 weeks and not even a single reply from the developer!

    Hi again,

It would be nice to at least get a reply for my problem!

Thanks for your time and help ??

Agreed, it would be nice. Of course, it looks to me that they offer a paid support package as a way to subsidize their free plugin. Perhaps they want you to subscribe for paid support?

I did what you suggested, and bless your heart, it worked.

    wp-content/plugins/shopp/templates/product.php
    Comment out line 53:
    <?php /*shopp( ‘product.addtocart’ )*/; ?>

    Thanks Philippe01!
