What’s the correct settings to display product’s price incl. tax? Now I have:

    • WC > Settings > Tax > Tax options: Prices entered with tax – Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax; Display prices in the shop – incl. tax; Display prices during cart and checkout – incl. tax
    • Tax is set to 24 %
    • Product’s price is 249 EUR.

When I visit the product, the displayed price is 201 EUR (but based on the setting “Display prices in the shop – incl. tax” it should show 249, right?

In cart and checkout, the displayed price is 249, and there is a note “Including 48 € Tax”.

Why is the tax 48 EUR? It should be 59.76 EUR. And how to display 249 EUR on the product page?

    Hello Slavek,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

The steps you have described are the correct steps to set up and display product prices including tax.

For a better understanding of the situation, could you share more details:
1- Share a screenshot of WC > Settings > Tax > Tax options
2- Edit the product and share a screenshot of the product price field.
3- Share a screenshot of the 24% tax you have configured.
4- Share a link to the website so I can test it from my end.

Once I have these details, I will be happy to help you further. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello Slavek,

Thank you for sharing more details.

I reviewed the screenshots you shared and also went through the checkout process.
I noticed that the 20% tax is applied when I enter the address on the checkout page.

Since you chose “Calculate tax based on customer billing address”, the 24% tax will be applied when a customer provides the billing address.

Why is the tax 48 EUR? It should be 59.76

The tax is 48 EUR because the 24% of 201 (the price without tax) is 48.23.
So the calculation is 201 + 48 = 249 (the price including tax).

how to display 249 EUR on the product page?

Have you considered choosing “Calculate tax based on Shop base address”?
That should display 249 on the product page.

    Best regards.
