This is new WP intsall. WP Popups Lite is only plugin installed.

Hi @texas1167 I do see a 500 server error on your ajax requests.

1) Could you please contact your host and check for error_log file to see what’s the error about ?
2) Go to WpPopups-> Tools -> System info and paste the result in here

Below is what the error log showed. I am running an older version of PHP (5.6.25). Is this maybe my problem?

The plugin is compatible with PHP 5.6 .

We not achieve reproduce the error in our localhost. Say me, does the WPPopups Lite have “src/vendor/Jaybizzle/” directory? is empty?

A subdirectory called Jaybizzle does not exits under scr/vendor.
