display setting in Main settings

    Dear,

    Since the update to molongui 1.3.2 i get a notice in my authorshipbox.
    I’ve checked the code behind the notice and i found out that the display setting is no longer set. Or at least not in the main settings.

    Which means that on line 434 og the class-guest-author.php file a notice is thrown because of this.

    Since a new post or page does not have metadata yet it defaults to the main display setting which does not exist. So a notice is thrown.

    It’s not site breaking but it is a notice which does not need to exist
