Just like with any other plugin, you need to make sure that you have translations updated on site first. Simplest way to do that is to
– make sure first that site is set to Turkish on “Settings -> General” page under “Site Language” option
– and then go to “Dashboard -> Update” Page (WordPress, not Broken Link Checker) and if it shows that there are translations’ updates available – update them.
However, I see that Turkish translation is currently only 59% complete

so it won’t translate all the plugin texts. All translations at www.ads-software.com are community-based so you’re more than welcome to contribute and submit missing translations.
If you’d rather not do that and want to have it fully translated for you/your site only then the simplest way would be to add missing translation directly on site, e.g. using free Loco Translate plugin.
