• Hi Mike,

I’ve spent hours testing and I just cannot get the Shipping Methods to show up in the Emails as an Item only chosen for that product. I saw this topic and didn’t help me either.

Currently, in the emails I have:

    Test Product 1
    Length: 12″ x 12″
    Quantity: 1

    Test Product 2
    Length: 16″ x 16″
    Quantity: 1
    ————
Shipping: $30.00 via Customer Arranged Shipping, FedEx Ground
    ————

The information above is not correct as $30.00 is not Customer Arranged Shipping, it is FedEx. Also, cannot distinguish which item had the shipping cost associated with each.

Thus, I am trying to accomplish something like this:

    Test Product 1
    Length: 12″ x 12″
    Quantity: 1
Shipping: $0.00 via Customer Arranged Shipping

    Test Product 2
    Length: 16″ x 16″
    Quantity: 1
    Shipping: $30.00 via FedEx Ground

    or

    Test Product 1
    Length: 12″ x 12″
    Quantity: 1

    Test Product 2
    Length: 16″ x 16″
    Quantity: 1
    ————
    Shipping:
#1: $0.00 via Customer Arranged Shipping
    #2: $30.00 via FedEx Ground
    ————

At this time anything would help guide me through the process. All I need is a guideline and I will experiment at my end.

The files I tried changing were: abstract-wc-order.php, email-order-items.php

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    Don.

How are you specifying shipping methods on a per-product basis? Out of the box, WooCommerce only allows for shipping method to based on a per-order basis.

If you’re using something like [Per Product Shipping](https://www.woocommerce.com/products/per-product-shipping/), you’d need to open a support ticket at https://woocommerce.com ??

Hi Riaan, I am using the plugin ‘FedEx Drop Ship Pro’ and have a custom ‘Ship Method’ in Booster. The Fedex plugin has a Multi-select option that allows the cart and checkout to Rate Quote each product added to the cart (kinda like Per Product Shipping). Therefore, I have multiple Shipping methods when 2 or more products are added in the cart.

I will open a support ticket. Thanks for the advice! ??
